The LPPA Executive Board is comprised of the elected offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations, and a representative from each Subgroup, for 12 total members. It is their duty to collaborate, manage, and exercise the activities and affairs of the membership, as it pertains to employment with LUSD, while maintaining the integrity and guidelines of the Articles of Incorporation, LPPA Contract with LUSD, and the LPPA Bylaws. The E-Board holds regular, monthly meetings, with special meetings called at their discretion. Please visit the LPPA Executive Board Members page

The Negotiations Team includes the Lead Negotiator, plus one representative from each Subgroup; the LPPA President and Vice-President are also Team members. The Team meets at least once a month, in addition to regular bargaining sessions with representatives from LUSD. They are responsible for discussing, bargaining, and determining such things as salary, benefits, job descriptions, supervision and evaluation, work-year calendar and many other aspects of the LPPA Contract. The Lead Negotiator communicates with the Team, attends E-Board meetings to report out ongoing and upcoming bargaining items, as well as receive feedback from E-Board, while ensuring good communication between all parties (LPPA E-Board, Negotiations Team, LUSD, etc.) Please visit the LPPA Negotiations Team page
